Dr. Bhatti MD
Dr. Bhatti is a Psychiatrist in Jacksonville Florida who has received his training at the University of Miami in Florida and completed a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry. He is affiliated with River Point Behavioral Health Hospital convenient for those in need of acute psychiatric care with inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Dr. Bhatti provides direct oversight with patients who are admitted to the hospital as well as provides treatment for an array of psychiatric disorders for adolescents, adults and geriatric population. He provides extensive psychiatric assessments along with medication management.
Dr. Bhatti specializes in Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT), Trans Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) along with other new novel approaches in psychiatry. He strives to improve the symptoms and quality of life of his patients with his calm and compassionate demeanor.
Dr. Bhatti’s strong passion for psychiatry has led him to establish a solo concierge practice providing a multitude of behavioral health services.
Richard Mercer APRN, PMHNP-BC
Richard is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is trained to treat a variety of mental health conditions in individuals of all ages. Specifically, he provides both therapy and medication and embraces new approaches to treatment in the growing field of psychiatric medicine. His focus expands beyond the use of only traditional medicine and includes diet, exercise, attitude, motivation, and spirituality. He believes in a patient-centered, holistic health care approach and strives to work together to move towards optimal health, healing, and quality of life.
Richard graduated from Jacksonville University, is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and was awarded the PMHNP Student Award for Excellence. His ultimate goal is to empower his patients to achieve their maximal potential and well-being. He has experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, mood swings, psychosis, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, behavioral issues as well as those who simply wish to improve their motivation and outlook on life. He has a calm and caring demeanor and is excited to become a member of your health care team.
Stephanie Billman MA, LMHC
Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples and families with various psychiatric needs to include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, self esteem and co-occurring disorders.
I specialize in abuse, trauma and deprivation and utilize different therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, Christian counseling, art therapy, mindfulness techniques and guided imagery. I am also specialized in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have found this to be a valuable treatment for military trauma and victims of crime.
My experience includes private practice, public speaking, adjunct professor and working for 3 psychiatric hospitals, both in Arizona and Florida. As a part of the IBHS team, I am grateful for the opportunity to work with individuals who trust me with their story, and am dedicated to be a part of your mental health journey to recovery.
Sandra Northcutt MA, LMHC
Sandie Northcutt is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), with over 10 years experience. She has a passion for working with individuals to develop a life they love and remove blocks keeping them from being their most authentic self.
She works with adolescents and adults to help them overcome feelings of depression and anxiety, substance usage, addiction problems and learn tools to live a life they have always dreamed of. She has eight years experience working with adolescents who have been involved with the juvenile justice system and 10 years working with adults in both substance abuse programs and private practice.
Sandie graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She completed her practicum and internship with the Substance Abuse Recovery Program at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. She is a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counseling licensure.
Nellie Perryman– Office Manager
Nellie Perryman, is the Office Manager for IBHS. She is passionate about her work as the Office Manager and loves to go above and beyond to help her patients. Nellie is family oriented and has 3 children all boys.
Nellie, has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Majority of her background experience is in Medical Billing and Coding. She went to school and graduated from US Career Institute and AAPC.
She loves to spend time with her family, friends and co-workers.

Olasile is a university/college-trained individual who competently delivers health and social care to and for people. I have a acquired level of knowledge and skill that enables me to deliver elements of health and social care and undertake clinical work in domains that have previously only been within the remit of registered professionals. This is also supported by effective clerical and administrative duties to enable service excellence to the needs of our service users.
