Psychiatry the Way It Should Be: Personal, Comprehensive, and Always Evolving.

Integrative Behavioral Health Sciences was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that every person struggling with a mental health condition deserves access to the full range of modern psychiatric care — not just the tools that happen to be most convenient or most commonly prescribed.

Dr. Babur Bhatti, MD, built this practice after years of working within larger institutional settings and seeing firsthand how the demands of high-volume care can limit the depth of the doctor-patient relationship. He envisioned something different: a private, concierge-style psychiatric practice where every patient receives a genuinely comprehensive evaluation, a thoughtful individualized treatment plan, and the consistent attention of a provider who knows their story.

Today, IBHS has grown into a multidisciplinary team — bringing together a fellowship-trained psychiatrist, a trauma therapist with expertise in EMDR and somatic work, and a neurofeedback specialist with extensive experience across residential and outpatient settings. It remains a practice defined by the depth of its care, the breadth of its tools, and the genuine warmth of its team.

Our Mission
