Continuum of Care
Our Continuum of Care
Our practice operates within a comprehensive mental health continuum. While we provide outpatient psychiatric and therapeutic services, we also collaborate closely with trusted community partners to ensure patients have access to higher levels of care or specialized services when needed.
Our goal is continuity, safety, and seamless transition between levels of care.
Inpatient Mental Health Services
We coordinate care with River Point Behavioral Health. Dr. Bhatti serves as Medical Director and works closely with clinical teams to support patients requiring inpatient psychiatric stabilization.
If a patient requires hospitalization for safety or higher-acuity treatment, we facilitate referral and coordinate transition back to outpatient services following discharge.
This ensures:
- Safer step-down planning
- Improved continuity of medication management
- Ongoing therapy support post-discharge
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
For individuals receiving or needing medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, we collaborate with New Season Treatment Centers.
This partnership allows patients to receive:
- Methadone maintenance treatment
- Structured addiction recovery services
- Coordinated outpatient psychiatric and therapeutic support
We believe addiction recovery requires integrated support across medical, behavioral, and relational domains.
Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)
For individuals experiencing severe, treatment-resistant depression or acute psychiatric instability, Dr. Bhatti also provides clinical oversight for ECT services.
Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) may be considered when:
- Depression is life-threatening or highly treatment-resistant
- Multiple medication trials have failed
- Rapid symptom improvement is clinically necessary
When appropriate, we assist patients in coordinating evaluation for ECT and provide outpatient follow-up care after treatment.
Community Resource Partnerships
In addition to formal affiliations, we maintain strong relationships with:
- Residential substance use treatment centers
- Partial hospitalization (PHP) programs
- Intensive outpatient (IOP) programs
- Domestic violence advocacy organizations
- Child welfare and family support systems
If a patient requires a higher or different level of care, we assist in coordinating referral and continuity.
