Managing Your Appointments

As a current patient at Integrative Behavioral Health Sciences, you can easily schedule, cancel, or request appointments by contacting our office directly. We are here to make managing your care as simple as possible.

Schedule a New Appointment

To schedule a new appointment, please contact our office by phone during business hours. Our team will find the earliest available time that works for you.

Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling our office line. Voicemail is acceptable.

Please note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or on weekends will be considered a NO SHOW and a $50 fee will be incurred.

Request a Medication Refill

Please note that our providers do not perform telephone refills. You must be present for a face-to-face visit to obtain a medication refill. It is your responsibility to schedule a follow-up appointment prior to running out of medication.

Auto-refills requested by your pharmacy will be denied. Lost prescriptions for controlled substances will not be replaced without a police report.

After-Hours & Emergencies

For urgent clinical issues such as severe medication side effects, please present to the nearest Emergency Room.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or having thoughts of suicide, please call 911 or go to your nearest ER immediately.

For all other concerns, please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned the next business day. Please use phone communication only — do NOT email regarding clinical concerns, appointments, or medications.
